To qualify:
- Menu participating POWER and NEW Kellogg’s® products at breakfast, lunch,
A La Carte and/or after school.*
Fall Semester: menu one month between 8/1/08 to 12/31/08
Spring Semester: menu one month between 1/1/09 to 6/30/09(limit one redemption per semester.)
Your request must be postmarked by 1/31/09 for Fall Semester.
To redeem:
- Complete this online form and select the tools you qualify for, based on your
participation (you may also print a blank form and complete it to mail in).
- Upload a copy of your menu with Kellogg’s® or Keebler® brands specified for
every menu placement. If the menu does not list the Kellogg’s® or Keebler®
brand specifically, upload a copy of your distributor velocity report or invoices along with
your menu for verification.
- For A La Carte and After-School Snacks, distibutor invoices must be submitted to
show a mininum of a 10 case purchase per product; product cannot duplicate
items featured on menus.

A La Carte and/or After School.* Earn a choice of 3 tools from any category.

A La Carte and/or After School.* Earn a choice of 2 tools from any category.

Menu 4 POWER and 1 NEW product at breakfast, lunch,
A La Carte and/or After School.* Earn a choice of 1 tool from any category.

Cereal can qualify for no more than 4 menu placements.
