“We started our grab ‘n go service about three years ago, and have found continual success. We have an outside seating area and see a lot of visitors enjoying their meal there, as well as in patients’ rooms,” says Dunnigan. Currently, Dunnigan is in the process of getting bakeable grab ‘n go dishes that can be left on the warming table. She plans to add grab ‘n go Italian-type meals and is excited about introducing these to her customers.
