It’s official: Sweet Things Sweet Potatoes have a new national headquarters. On November 5th, ConAgra Foods President and CEO Gary Rodkin joined Lamb Weston executives and Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal for the Grand Opening of ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston’s new state-of-the-art environmentally friendly sweet potato processing plant in Delhi, LA.

The Delhi plant was created to be “green” from the ground up, following LEED^® standards for environmentally sustainable construction. In all, a commitment to environmental, economic, health and community benefits—and the addition of much-needed employment opportunities—in this prime sweet potato growing region.
